level 1 course includes the following: Survival mental state/stress management Survival backpack (what we need to carry) Bushcraft knife techniques (the safest way of using a knife, that will be less energy and time-consuming) Debris hut shelter (safety measurements and shelter building) Fire (safety rules, how to set up and light fire) Water (how / where to find water, filter, and purify)
